Nemku Strength is built by one person, funded by nothing, and has no interest in your data. The short version: your training data stays on your device and in your own iCloud. There are no accounts, no analytics, no ads, no tracking, and no third-party services. I cannot see your data — not your workouts, not your weight, not anything.
Your training log. Workouts, sets, weights, distances, plan settings, custom exercises, and gyms are stored on your device.
iCloud sync (optional). If you leave iCloud sync on, your training log is also stored in your private iCloud database so it can back up and follow you to a new phone. This database belongs to your Apple ID. Apple hosts it; I have no access to it, no server of my own, and no way to read it. Turning sync off (or erasing your data in the app) deletes the iCloud copy.
Health-derived data never goes to iCloud. Metrics the app reads from Apple Health — heart rate, calories, elevation on imported watch workouts, and your body weight — stay on the device that read them. Each of your devices re-reads those numbers from its own Apple Health store instead of syncing them.
With your permission, the app:
Health data is used only for the features above. It is never sold, shared, transmitted to any server, or used for anything else. You can change or revoke Health access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.
Settings → Erase all data in the app removes your training log from the device and deletes the iCloud copy. Workouts the app saved to Apple Health are managed in the Health app and can be deleted there.
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Given what the app is, don't expect much movement.
