Nemku Strength is built and supported by one person. Found a bug, lost some data, or have a question the app can't answer? Write in and you'll hear back from the actual developer.
Helpful to include
- Your iPhone model.
- Your iOS version.
- What you were doing when it happened.
Before you write
A few answers live in the FAQ, and everything about your data is in the privacy policy. Missing data usually comes back by turning iCloud sync on with the same Apple ID you used before.
Cancelling a subscription
Nemku Pro is billed through your Apple ID, so cancellation is handled by Apple, not by the app. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or use the Manage subscription row inside Nemku, which opens Apple's sheet directly. Cancel before a 14-day trial ends and you are not charged.
